• How and when can customers contact the artist?
Please use our contact page. 24 hours 7 days a week.

• How do I cancel or change my order?
Please let us know in a timely matter if you would like to change or cancel your order so that we can quickly do that for you. We can not do anything if your order has already been shipped. All sales are final.

• Why is my order coming in separate packages, on seperate days?
Apparel items are made and shipped from 10 different warehouses across the U.S. in order to get your items to you as fast as possible! However, sometimes products from the same order are shipped from different warehouses.

Patches, stickers and custom orders ship from NLC headquarters and will always ship separately from apparel.

This does not affect your shipping cost, but may require the order to be delivered in multiple packages and the shipping time or carrier by shipment invoice may vary.

• Does the artist accept commissioned projects?
Yes! We can help you with physical custom art, graphics for patches, apparel and logos. We do custom work frequently so please reach out for more information.

• How do I check the status of my order?
We have you covered! We will email you as items in your order ship. Please check the confirmation email and follow the items tracking number link for updates.

• Does the artist offer installment payment plans?

• What is the artist's return policy?
No refunds are accepted but we're more than happy to replace an item if it is lost or damaged. We also can not guarantee a replacement, some items are limited. Please reach out to us immediately with proof if a discrepancy has occurred.

• How long will it take me to get my order?
You should receive your order within 7-10 business days. Please note, we ask that you allow up to 14 days for your package to be delivered before contacting us to open a lost package claim.

• What shipping options does the artist offer?
USPS First Class with tracking. This can varie with order size and destination.

You can also choose to switch it up and use UPS or FedEx. Please let us know in the order notes if you'd like a specific courier.

• Where can I find product sizing information?
Product sizing varies between different brands and styles. Product size information can be found on each items respective page. Unless otherwise specified sizing is in inches and is taken with the item lying flat.

• Does the artist accept wholesale purchase's?
Not at this time.

• Where is the artist's located?

• Does the artist accept visitors at their studio?
Not at this time.

• Can I request my favorite NLC apparel item to be re-released?
Of course! Just use the contact page and let us know what you'd like see revived!

• How do I take advantage of tax exemption?
Unfortunately, as a traditional e-retailer we do not support tax exemptions. We recommend purchasing through an apparel wholesaler to better meet your exemption needs.

• I received the wrong goods, what do I do?
Although we strive for perfection and quality, we are human and sometimes the wrong items are shipped. If you find yourself in this situation, please contact us immediately and we'll happily fix this promptly.
